Inovatzia, Inc. is a research company created to patent, develop, and license or sell a rich portfolio of inventions conceptualized and developed by Inovatzia’s President and Chief Technical Officer, Stan Petrov. Inovatzia began with primarily focusing on finding solutions to challenges in healthcare. Our founders have over 50 years of combined experience in the medical field and we are dedicated to using this expertise to improve healthcare. Under the direction of a highly qualified, experienced team of professionals, Inovatzia was incorporated as a California S-Corp in June of 2013. Due to the number and diversity of products under development, Inovatzia has elected to focus on a single, flagship product, the Cryo, which has three pending patents. The remaining patents are being held in holding companies under the full ownership of Inovatzia’s President and primary stakeholder, Stan Petrov. As and when the Inovatzia team deems appropriate, Inovatzia, Inc. will be given the option to purchase each independent company such that Inovatzia will control multiple subsidiaries. Inovatzia’s diverse portfolio of products will then generate revenue through intellectual property licensing, software licensing, fees from continued product development, and add-on products developed, patented, and provided by Inovatzia, Inc.
